Where To Send Your Replies

Several SLCO members have inquired about where to send their Continuation of Objection responses.  The following instructions are provided by the lawyers representing the Lippa Applicants.

Your letter must be delivered within 20 days of receiving notice, i.e. tomorrow, March 8, 2019.

To meet the deadline at this time you should submit your Continuation of Objection letter by email or else hand deliver it.

You letter must be submitted to both the Applicant and the MNRF at the following addresses:
